  • Share Your Story
Your experience can make a difference.

Every heart and stroke journey is unique. By sharing your story, you can help others feel understood, inspired, and hopeful during their own journey.
Whether you're living with a heart or stroke condition, caring for a loved one, supporting someone through recovery, or reflecting on lessons you've learned along the way, your experience matters. The challenges you've faced, the victories you've celebrated, and the insights you've gained may help someone else take their next step forward.

There's no perfect way to tell your story. Simply share your experience in your own words.

A Few Tips for Sharing Your Story
The most powerful stories are authentic and personal. You might choose to share:

    • Your diagnosis, event, or caregiving experience
    • Challenges you encountered along the way
    • What helped you cope, recover, or adapt
    • Lessons you've learned
    • Moments of hope, resilience, or connection
    • Advice or encouragement for others facing similar circumstances

To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, please do not include personal medical advice, specific healthcare provider names, or names of hospitals or medical centers.

    Writing Prompts
If you're not sure where to begin, consider one or more of these questions:

    • What part of your heart or stroke journey would you like others to understand?
    • What challenges did you face, and what helped you move forward?
    • What have you learned that you wish you had known earlier?
    • Who or what gave you strength, encouragement, or hope along the way?
    • What message would you share with someone facing a similar experience today?
