This is the registration form for the 2026 Austin Vestido Rojo. The event is Saturday, August 29th, 2026 and will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin at 6505 North I-35, Austin, TX 78752. A Madrina is a table host who is responsible for inviting 9 guests, communicating event details, and participating in the optional table centerpiece competition (if desired). Please keep in mind when registering as a Madrina, you will have 9 guests PLUS yourself, making it 10 total at your table. This year, Madrinas will submit their table guests to Mary Elizabeth via email at mary.e.buckel@heart.org rather than registering each guest through this form. Thank you.

Una Madrina es la anfitriona de una mesa que se encarga de invitar a 9 invitadas, comunicar los detalles del evento y participar en la competencia opcional del centro de mesa (si se desea). Por favor, tenga en cuenta que al registrarse como Madrina, tendrá 9 invitadas MÁS usted misma, haciendo un total de 10 personas en su mesa. Este año, las Madrinas enviarán la lista de sus invitadas a Mary Elizabeth por correo electrónico a mary.e.buckel@heart.org en lugar de registrar a cada invitado a través de este formulario. If no, are you registering as an individual? / Si no, ¿Se está registrando como participante individual?

An individual is not part of a Madrina table. There will be open seating at specific tables in the ballroom not affiliated with Madrinas, and individuals can sit anywhere they would like (including with other friends who registered individually). If you will be sitting at a Madrina table, do NOT register as an individual; your Madrina will submit your name via email, not this form.

Un participante individual no forma parte de una mesa de Madrina. Habrá asientos libres en mesas específicas en el salón que no están afiliadas a las Madrinas, y las participantes individuales pueden sentarse donde quieran (incluyendo con otras amigas que se registraron individualmente). Si se va a sentar en una mesa de Madrina, NO se registre como un participante individual; su Madrina enviará su nombre por correo electrónico, no a través de este formulario.
