PLEASE READ: To be a volunteer, you must be at your assigned role DURING the run/walk. We are looking for people who are available to fulfill their roles WHILE the registered participants are out on course. Please kindly keep this in mind if you are a registered participant or are planning to be.

*IMPORTANT: Please note that roles are limited, and they are on a first come, first serve basis. You may not be guaranteed the role you want so please choose more than one role.

Main Festival Area*

T-Shirt Tent (*May have earlier arrival time* - responsible for handing out t-shirts to runners after making their bib tag)Food & Beverage (You will be responsible for handing out water/snacks)Directional Help & Greeters (You will be responsible for greeting runners/walkers into the festival area, guiding them to the start line, introducing activities in the festival, etc.)Survivor Tent (Engage and celebrate our survivors at the Survivor Tent by handing out special items, as well as guiding them in the activity at the tent, recognizing how many years they are a survivor)Elite Club Tent (Help us recognize our top fundraisers by handing out items honoring their incredible support for the year and help them redeem their rewards to get even more swag)General volunteer or Floater (As the needs of the event shift on day-of we are looking for individuals who are flexible with their role and willing to jump in where needed. You will get to experience a few activities within the Wall Street Run & Heart Walk)

Route Marshal (MUST BE 18 AND OLDER)*

Route Marshal (*Recommended for groups* - depending on your location; you will be responsible for guiding the participants along the route, cheering the runners/walkers, directing unexpected traffic, making sure the signage is clear and upright, etc. Don’t worry – you will have staff to direct you to your location along the route)Water Stop (our 3-mile course will have 2 separate water stops; you will be responsible for handing out water bottles to runners/walkers)

Professional Volunteering*

Event Photographer (will meet and discuss with event coordinator prior to the event instructions. Must provide experience/portfolio to be considered.Must sign an acknowledgement agreement to volunteer.
